Assessment: exit ticket
Description of the assessment: this assessment is about asking the students question before they leave the classroom. The students need to answer the question to enter and it helps the teacher to see what they understand. “the teachers use the exit ticket as a quick assessment tool. Exit cards are designed to collect feedback about a lesson from students” (Cox, n.d.).

Learning outcome: KRV1- identify and use high-frequency words with five or more letters
KRRT1- read known words in texts
Description of the activity: I asked the students to read the words they see to get their bags and go eat. I showed the students some of the high-frequency words and most of them were able to read the words.
