Learning outcome: KLSP1- recognize and use simple -at and -an VC pattern phonograms.
Description of the assessment: this assessment is about asking the students question before they leave the classroom. The students need to answer the question to enter and it helps the teacher to see what they understand. “the teachers use the exit ticket as a quick assessment tool. Exit cards are designed to collect feedback about a lesson from students” (Cox, n.d.).
Materials: the -an and -at papers, scissors, and glue.
Grading criteria: if they got all the four words correct they are master 4/4
if they got two or three words correct they are developing 2,3/4
if they got one word correct they are emerging 1/4
